@PostMasterGeneral i think i remember reading that the japanese baseball leagues allow regular-season games to end in draws if they are still tied after 12 innings, which i kinda feel like maybe we should consider adopting.
it's not like ties are unheard of, historically, in american baseball - they used to be relatively common when games were called on account of weather or darkness.
